Trades fill the pot
Every $SPOT trade on Pons pays a creator fee. 70% of it flows into an on-chain vault — the pot — and it ticks up live with every trade.

Rounds, not days
A round runs for 60 minutes with spots live in every city and plenty of villages at once. The pot is everything that has accumulated since the last payout, ticking up live.

Race there
Get within 35 m of any spot, stay for 60 seconds while your phone pings, then take a live photo with the on-screen code. Your rank is provisional the instant you finish.

Ten claims close the round
The moment ten different people have claimed anywhere on the globe, the round ends and those ten split the whole pot by arrival order. If the hour runs out first, whoever claimed is paid and the rest stays in the pot.

Verification
Trajectory physics, IP coherence, device fingerprint, photo checks and rate limits feed a fraud score. Clean claims auto-pass; edge cases go to a human. Nothing pays until finalized.

Get paid
Finalized results post on-chain as a merkle root. First 10 split the allocation 25/18/13/10/8/7/6/5/4/4. The keeper pushes ETH straight to your wallet.

Pause, move, repeat
After a round there is a 30 minute pause while fees rebuild the pot. Every spot that just paid out is retired and a replacement appears at least 10 miles away, so nobody can camp.
Honest about anti-cheat
Browser GPS can be spoofed. We don't pretend otherwise. Our goal is to make fraud slow, detectable and unpaid: provisional ranks are free to show, but only finalized results are paid, and every claim is scored on more than a coordinate. When the mobile app ships, device attestation becomes a hard gate, and web claiming may be limited if fraud pressure demands it.
Safety and rules
- Spots are public, outdoor and free to access, at least 50 m from schools, hospitals, police, railways and motorways.
- Never claim while driving. Sessions moving faster than 30 km/h inside the radius are blocked.
- You participate at your own risk. No trespassing, no climbing, no swimming. Respect the place and the people there.
- Hold at least the minimum $SPOT at claim and at finalization. One payout per wallet and per device per spot.
- Location pings are kept 90 days, photos 30 days after settlement, then deleted. You can delete your account at any time.
